The special ACV discounted conference rate is $129 per night for an exquisite room with two double beds or one king bed.
Our conference program begins on Friday and ends on Sunday. We highly recommend you spend at least 2 nights at the Hotel Roanoke, checking in on Friday, April 25th and checking out on Sunday, April 27th unless you plan to stay over after the Artisan Craft Fair on Sunday, in which case we’ve blocked a few rooms for those of you who wish to stay an extra night and check out on Monday.
To guarantee you receive the conference rate be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible! Room availability is limited due to another group using the hotel this same weekend so be sure to reserve yours right away!
No payment is required until you check out of the hotel at the end of the conference, but you will need to give credit card information when you make your reservation. (Staying at Hotel Roanoke is not a requirement of this event.)
