Artist Statement:

I have always loved building and making things. That passion eventually led me into designing and creating objects from wood. I choose to utilize American grown woods and whenever possible use wood sourced locally.

I constantly work to bring out the natural beauty of the wood. The wood becomes as important to the design as the form. I don’t use stains but rely on the natural palette available in the broad array of woods employed.
